You are eligible to participate in 401(k) plan on your first day of employment. You will be automatically enrolled at 3%.
UF Health will match employees’ contributions up to 6% after 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours worked.
Employees can change their contribution percentage at any time by accessing their account on the Lincoln website.
Remember, the sooner you start contributing to a 401(k), the greater your potential of having added available retirement savings when you get ready to retire.
