Long-Term Disability

Long -erm Disability Benefits (LTD) provides income replacement when you are not able to work after being disabled because of an injury or illness for more than 180 days (6 months). These benefits replace a portion of your weekly income (60% of your weekly base pay) to help pay your bills and living expenses while you’re unable to work.

Full- or part-time employees who work 20 hours per week (.5 FTE) or more become eligible for this benefit on the first day of the calendar month following after one year of service.
