Family Medical Leave (FMLA)

Employees must meet the following requirements to be eligible for FMLA:
— At least 1 year of service
— Worked at least 1,250 hours in the last 12 months

The following are eligible reasons to request FMLA:
–Birth of a child or to care for a newborn
— Placement of a child in foster care or adoption
— Your serious health condition which prevents you from working
— Care for a child, spouse or parent with a serious health condition
— Care for an injured service member
— Issues related to family member’s military deployment
