Wellness Credit
Employees are eligible to receive 15% of their medical premium back each pay period by completing various activities.
Making Changes During The Plan Year
Associates can make changes to their medical, dental, and vision benefits during the plan year if they experience a qualifying life event (i.e., birth, marriage, divorce, etc.)
Transferring To/From PRN Status
Associates’ benefit eligibility will change when transferring to PRN status or transferring from PRN to full time or part time.
*Retirement Benefits
Associates who have worked for UF Health Jacksonville for 10 years or more and are 62 or older at the time of retirement are eligible to continue medical, dental, and vision benefits.
*End Of Employment
Information on when various benefits will stop upon leaving UF Health Jacksonville.
