
Open Enrollment for the 2026 plan year will be available from Oct. 26 to Nov. 8, 2025. Changes to your benefits will be effective as of Jan. 1, 2026.
Reminders
We recommend all associates review benefit elections and beneficiaries each year.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (Health and Dependent Care) and Health Savings Account elections must be made each year. These elections will not carry over to 2026.
- Open Enrollment event is available through Self-Service. You will need to click the I AGREE box and the SAVE button on the Acknowledgment and Submission steps before being able to review and make changes to your benefits.
- Remember to click the Submit button on the Benefits Election page to submit your changes. Any benefit changes that are not submitted will not become effective.
- If you are enrolling in Short-Term Disability, you will need to complete a Health Questionnaire and be approved. Once open enrollment has ended, you will receive information and a link from The Standard.
- If enrolling in Additional Life Insurance or increasing to a higher level, you must complete a Health Questionnaire and be approved. Once open enrollment has ended, you will receive information and a link from The Standard.
- It’s important to review your confirmation statement to ensure all your benefits elections are accurately recorded. This is your opportunity to catch any errors or oversights.

- Open Enrollment: 10/28/2025 – 11/8/2025
- On-site Enrollers: 10/28/2025 – 10/30/2025 and 11/3/2025 – 11/7/2025
- Downtown Campus (LRC Atrium): 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- North Campus (1st Floor Conference Rooms): 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Annual Spouse/Domestic Partner Verification Due: 11/8/2025
- New Dependents Supporting Documentation Due: 11/8/2025
- Last Day for Wellness Credit Points: 11/15/2025
- Review first 2025 Paycheck: 1/9/2026
