Administrative Policy Committee
The Administrative Policy Committee shall be responsible for reviewing all policies and procedures that require a board-based review and campus-wide adherence to a single standard. A representative of the department and/or committee requesting changes or the submission of a new policy must be present at the committee for action to be taken.
- Meetings: 3rd Thursday of each month at 11 a.m.

Policy and Bylaws Committee
The Bylaws and Policy Committee shall be responsible for drafting and/or reviewing new Medical Staff Bylaws, Policies or other Medical Staff Governing Documents to improve function or efficiency of the organized Medical Staff or its governance activities and/or meet requirements of law and accreditation. This committee shall make recommendations to the Medical Executive Committee (MEC) for further action. this committee shall also be responsible for reviewing proposals for the Medical Staff Policies and clinical or administrative forms (both electronic and paper) utilized by the members of the Medical Staff, and making recommendations regarding same to the MEC.
