Employee Advantage Programs

Employees are invited to take advantage of special programs offered in our Gift Shops!

Payroll Deduction

Enables eligible employees to pay for their Gift Shop purchases through the convenience of payroll deduction with your employee ID. Refer to policy (HR-02-001) for complete details.

Eligibility requirements:

Regular full- and part-time employees who have completed one Year of employment with UF Health Jacksonville
Maximum balance for regular full-time employees is $600; and maximum balance for regular part-time employees is $300

Loyalty Program

Designed to reward repeat shoppers. Employees have the ability to earn points for merchandise they purchase in the gift shops and receive a $25 gift card to spend in the gift shop once they have earned 25 points. Points are applied to purchases of merchandise such as fragrances, clothing, jewelry, and more when the amount of the purchase is at least $25 or more. One point is earned for every $25 that is spent. Points do not apply to snack purchases.
